It started with a law degree and a lockdown. After years practicing law, something was missing — the kind of work that felt personal, tactile, alive. So the jars came out, the blender went on, and the experimenting began.
What followed were late nights, failed batches, and a family rallying around a growing obsession: nut butters that were genuinely pure, clean, and — crucially — impossible to put down.
